• A passport must be presented.
• Items intended for use or consumption in Japan are not eligible for tax exemption.
• Tax exemption is not available for general goods totaling less than ¥5,000 (excluding tax) per transaction.
• Tax exemption is not available for those who have been in Japan for more than 6 months.
• Purchases from other stores cannot be combined to qualify for tax exemption.
• A passport and purchase receipt are required for returns and exchanges.
