How to use

  1. STEP 1

    Show at checkout

    Please present the coupon and your passport at checkout.

  2. STEP 2

    Pay incl. tax & scan the QR code

    At checkout, pay the tax-inclusive amount after the 5% discount. Then scan the QR code for the refund procedure, or write down the management number.

  3. STEP 3

    Customs check on departure → Refund later

    When leaving Japan, have your passport checked at customs at the airport or other departure point, and the consumption tax amount will be refunded at a later date. *You may also be asked to show your purchased items.

    *Bank transfer and handling fees apply to the refund.

Terms and conditions

  • Tax-free applies to general goods totaling ¥5,500 or more (tax incl.) after the 5% discount. Purchases at the same store on the same day can be combined.
  • Available to foreign nationals who are eligible for tax-free shopping and have been in Japan for less than six months since entry (short-term visitors).
  • Purchases from other stores cannot be combined.
  • SUNDANCE products, genuine parts, and sale items are excluded from the 5% discount.
  • For refunds processed under the refund method when leaving Japan, applicable transfer or handling fees will be deducted depending on the refund method (such as a card or bank account).
